Created with intention, this space was built not only for established artists, but for those still building — the new artists, the traveling artists, and the creatives looking for a space that feels high quality without breaking the bank.

As an artist who travels often, I wanted to create a space that allows you to show up, create, and still feel elevated — no matter where you are in your journey.

This space is ideal for:

• Traveling beauty professionals

• Both new and established artists

Hair service providers are welcome under certain conditions (non-chemical, non-water services only).

We offer:

• Daily rentals (starting at $50/day)

• Weekly rentals (as low as $30/day)

• Weekend rentals (starting at $60/day)

Each option is designed to provide flexibility based on your schedule and clientele.

This is a shared, professional workspace where each artist has their own designated area, allowing for a structured, comfortable, and respectful working environment.

Yes — the space is designed to be clean, aesthetic, and content-friendly.

Standard access hours align with building operating hours (typically 9 AM – 5 PM).

Early bird and after-hours access are available upon request for an additional fee.

Yes. All artists must be approved prior to booking to maintain a professional and aligned environment.

How It Works:

3. Approved artists receive access to book

   Most applications are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Once approved, you’ll have ongoing access to book available rental slots.

All artists are expected to:

• Maintain cleanliness of their designated area

• Respect the shared environment and other professionals

• Provide a professional experience for their clients

• Arrive and exit within their reserved time

• Leave the space as they found it

• Properly dispose of all waste and materials

• Be mindful of noise levels and shared space etiquette

All bookings require agreement to our terms and conditions, including responsibility for any damages or misuse of the space.
